Lots of generous sized pieces with many colors and designs. Some cuts will give a number of quilt pieces and others may give only a few or even one. Sizes range from half sacks all the way down to small pieces. The cloth ranges from the thicker feedsack to average thickness to thin and lightweight such as used on the small flour sacks. Some are best suited for applique but most will work great for piecing.
There are too many to describe, so please enjoy the pictures and let them tell abotu the lot. The condition is very nice wtih a few mild blemishes. I noticed a brown spot about the size of half a quarter but i can't find which fabric it is now.
There may be a few, small holes but nothing outsied of minor. A few pieces have small brown spots ro specks, a tiny bit of yellowing, etc. Some have raveled edges and stitching lines from the original thread. There si a red piece that i included but cannot say with absolute certainty that it is genuine feedsack. You can catch only a glimpse of it in the photos.It has houses, trees, and flowers on it and is very lightweight, near semi-sheer, and suited for applique. Two or three pieces were previously used as dresser scarves but were kept in super condition, veyr crisp and nice, so they are included, too. All hems were removed on those after soaking and laundering. All have been previously laundered. Some may nede pressing.
